Online PaymentsWelcome to the new online payment portal! For your convenience, we accept payment of your assessments by E-check or Credit Card (Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). The coupon or statement that was provided to you by your Homeowners Association is required to make a payment. If you do not have this information available, please call Golden Property Management during business hours at 887-8975 to obtain your account number. Your Association ID # is the first 3 numbers of your Association Account Number on your coupon. Credit card companies charge a convenience fee of 3.5% (which will be rounded up to the next dollar).
There is no fee charged when you pay by E-check. Online Payments may take up to 3 business days for processing. |
